CLASS POLICY
Classes are reserved on a first paid basis. Payment of the class fee is required at time of registration.

If you are unable to attend a class you have paid for, your class fee is refundable if you notify us at least one week (7 calendar days) prior to the start of the class. After that, there is no refund and no credit towards another class, another session of the same class, or merchandise.

Amidon Quiltworks may cancel a class if the class does not have a minimum (5 students) enrollment. If we cancel a class that you have paid for, you will receive a refund in one of the following ways: monetary refund in the method of original payment (cash, check, or charge card), application of the class fee to a different class, or as a store credit for merchandise.

We do not give a reminder call for classes. Please call any time you have a question about the status of class enrollment.

Please register as early as possible for classes. Your enrollment may make the difference in whether or not a class is held, so register early and don't be disappointed.
