Do you want to create a quilt design all your own or change the size of a block but don’t know where to start? In this new skill-builder class you will learn the basics of quilt block drafting. Don’t be scared off - you will thank yourself later. Susan Axelrod will guide you through this lesson to give you the confidence to be creative and best of all, a math degree is not required. Concepts to be covered are: Identifying block categories, determining grid sizes, simple line drafting, making perfect templates, preferred block construction for precision and stability, and the importance of value.
